West Kowloon is developing into a new cultural, commerce and transport hub of Hong Kong. Prominent features of the area include a developing cultural area at the doorstep of Kowloon station, the West Kowloon Waterfront Promenade, the International Commerce Centre and Elements, one of the largest shopping malls in Hong Kong.
