Kowloon Tong is a middle class residential community located on the Kowloon side. The area is home to many educational institutions, such as the City University of Hong Kong, American International School, and Australian International School. In addition, Festival Walk, one of the major shopping malls in Hong Kong, is connected to the Kowloon Tong MTR station.
